PD-680 Compatibility? The PCS-15/25 and WCS-15/25 are compatible with PD-680 type II class of solvents. Consistent Solvent Flow? Plugged filters do not slow solvent pressure at nozzle. Solvent flow stops only when filters are full to capacity. Green/yellow/red change-out lights indicate filter status. Illumination? Working surface is lit with a 150 watt halogen bulb to provide ample light for working on small parts. Automatic Off Switch? The pump is turned on manually and is automatically turned off after use, minimizing operating time and power usage. Quality Hardware/Design? Quality features include a heavy duty stainless steel work surface/drain pan, heavy duty full length piano hinges, a fail-safe lockable latching system to prevent damage to the lid, and a baked-on powder coat finish.		High Capacity Filtration? High capacity duel filter assembly extends fluid life and maintenance intervals. Green/yellow/red lights indicate status of filters and when change is required. Soaking Tank? Built-in stainless steel soak tanks provide operator with a container to soak a part without having to be at the tank. The PCS-15/25 soak tank has an optional auxiliary pump to agitate solvent in soak tank for better pre-cleaning. Sludge Removal/Solvent Evacuation? Internal pump system removes sludge residue from the tank and can also be used to remove solvent from tank without requiring additional equipment. Spill Prevention? Filter access located inside tank eliminates spills/drips during filter change-outs. Filters? Built-in filter wrench makes filter change-outs quick and easy. Portability? Units can be moved full or empty with forklift or pallet-jack. Pressurized Air? Optional pressurized air improves cleaning and insures a better job.
